Sin Jardín no hay Paraíso
This series is rooted in the rewriting of art, historical imaginaries through a hand-built language crafted without the use of AI.
I work with fragments of the past, classical works of art history, and insert those traces into a technological present that transforms them. In this process, I deconstruct the classical: hard-edge geometry intersects with organic forms, and ancient symbols are fractured and
recombined to build new visual narratives.
Some of my pieces are physical paintings, made with traditional oil on canvas. Others are fully digital, created through VR sculpting, digital painting, or drawn with a 3D pen. I am deeply invested in creating a bridge between classical and contemporary forms—between the tactile legacy of painting and the expanded possibilities offered by new technologies.
In this dialogue, technology functions n as an extension of painting.
This hybrid approach is also a critical response to today’s image saturated, hyper immediate digital culture.
By deconstructing familiar artworks and slowing down visual consumption, I reveal latent layers of collective memory and reframed
meaning. As a woman artist, my practice is a reappropriation and a reclamation, insisting on a space in a history of art that long excluded us. Sin Jardín no hay paraíso reflects images in flux, questioning authorship, time, and the evolving life of art across mediums.
